Phone conversations
Talk with callers and collect customer details and service requests.
Working prototype01 / BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
A more considered first response to customer inquiries.
A working prototype handles phone conversations, collects customer details and service requests, handles pricing information, records requested appointment dates and times, and supports four-digit SMS verification. The commercial version is still in development.
Concept illustration. This is not a live product interface.
THE PROBLEM
Customer questions may arrive while a team is occupied, and the first exchange can miss the details needed for a useful response. The prototype gives phone inquiries a more structured way to capture those details.
Service businesses and customer-facing teams that handle recurring inquiries and want a more consistent intake process. The commercial version remains in development.
CORE CAPABILITIES / WORKING PROTOTYPE
Website chat for customer inquiries and appointment requests is also a supported channel in the current project requirements; its prototype implementation is not confirmed here.

Working prototypeEXAMPLE WORKFLOW
An example of prototype behavior. Requested times are collected; no live calendar check or confirmed booking is claimed.
The prototype holds a phone conversation about the customer's service need and relevant pricing information.
It records customer details, the service request, and preferred appointment dates and times.
A four-digit SMS code supports verification. The appointment remains a request, not a booking confirmation.
CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STATUS
Prototype capabilities are distinct from a commercially available service or confirmed appointment booking.
Phone conversations, customer and service details, pricing information, requested dates and times, and four-digit SMS verification are supported.
Current project requirements include website chat for inquiries and appointment requests. This page does not claim it is deployed or available to customers.
Live calendar availability checks and confirmed bookings are not claimed. An appointment request records a preference; it does not reserve a time.
FUTURE CAPABILITIES
Social media messaging is planned as a future channel for conversations and appointment requests. This is separate from the working phone prototype and the website chat channel in current project requirements.
This site does not specify integrations, a launch date, pricing, or commercial availability.
